72 HOURS from booking to installation. GUARANTEED.

Only Packages on this page and with the Solar Express logo are available on this package option. These are carefully chosen to ensure that installations are done on time.

A dedicated team will be exclusively available for these installations and they will be controlled to ensure the 72 Hour window is met.

HOW IT WORKS

BOOKING PROCESS

1. CHOOSE A PACKAGE

We have a limited choice of packages available for this service and all are listed and have the Solar Express logo.

This is a Premium Service and therefore attracts a premium fee compared to the rest of the packages found on our site.

If the package is not listed it is because the ability to guarantee the 72 Hour turnaround cannot be provided. YET

2. ACCEPT YOUR QUOTE

All quotes need to be accepted online or you can print, sign and send to payments@sunsmart.co.za

Please remember we require a copy of your rates bill and ID document to submit your SSEG Registration.

3. BOOK YOUR INSTALLATION DATE

Your quote will include an installation date and upon acceptance of your quote, you acknowledge, that the dates provided are suitable and accepted by you

1. OUR TEAMS ARRIVE AT SITE

All equipment will be with the teams and can be inspected but will not be offloaded until final payment is received.

2. PAYMENT IS TO BE MADE

a. Within 20 Minutes of our teams arriving on site.

b. Payment must reflect in our account prior to equipment being offloaded and commencement of installation.

c. We have accounts at all major banks, if a client does not have an account at any of the banks then an immediate payment is to be arranged.

Payment limits can be adjusted by arrangement with your bank and can be arranged well in advance of our teams arriving on site.

3. INSTALLATION BEGINS AND SHOULD BE COMPLETED ON THE SAME DAY.

The packages available on the Solar Express will usually mean the teams should finish on the same day.

Our teams are extremely friendly and will provide the best advice. Please allow them the time and space to get your installation completed.

4. CERTIFICATION AND SSEG REGISTRATION

We will issue a COC on completion and the SSEG Registration paperwork will be submitted to the applicable municipality.

We need a copy of your ID and latest available rates bill to complete this.

AFTER SALES SERVICE

After sales will be handled by our office including warranty claims. Please contact Shandre first and she will begin the process.
