BOOKING PROCEDURE


1. CHOOSE ONE OF THE ZERO PACKAGES

All packages with the ZERO logo qualify and can be found on this page. No other promotions are applicable on the ZERO program.

2. ACCEPT YOUR QUOTE

All quotes need to be accepted and the relevant documents sent through to our accounts team: accounts@sunsmart.co.za

The documents requested are not anything extra, we require a copy of your rates bill and ID document to submit your SSEG Registration.

3. BOOK YOUR INSTALLATION DATE

Your quote will include an installation date and upon acceptance of your quote, you acknowledge, that the dates provided are suitable and accepted by you.

The R10,000 Clause Explained

This clause ensures that you acknowledge that on acceptance of the quote and confirmation of your booking, you owe our company R10,000 if you fail to make payment once our teams arrive on site.

This prevents our time being wasted and our resources being abused (Which unfortunately does happen).

Please Note:

A minimum of two weeks waiting period is provided and the dates in your quote are accepted by you.

You will also be given a minimum of 48 hours notice prior to our teams arriving during your installation week.

This R10,000 covers the costs incurred by our company in providing this service. This amount must be paid within 24 hours once our cancellation notice has been sent to you.

Failing to pay this amount will result in our company pursuing legal action and will include listing your default at the various credit bureaus. This is handled by an external service provider

ON ARRIVAL AT SITE

1. OUR TEAMS ARRIVE AT SITE

All equipment will be with the teams and can be inspected but will not be offloaded until payment is received.

2. PAYMENT IS TO BE MADE

a. Within 20 Minutes of our teams arriving on site.

b. Payment must reflect in our account prior to equipment being offloaded and commencement of installation.

c. We have accounts at all major banks, if a client does not have an account at any of the banks then an immediate payment is to be arranged.

Payment limits can be adjusted by arrangement with your bank and can be arranged well in advance of our teams arriving on site.

3. INSTALLATION BEGINS AND SHOULD BE COMPLETED ON THE SAME DAY.

Our installation teams are extremely friendly and will provide the best possible advice to you.

4. CERTIFICATION AND SSEG REGISTRATION

We will issue a COC on completion and the SSEG Registration paperwork will be submitted to the applicable municipality.

AFTER SALES + WARRANTY

AFTER SALES SERVICE

Shandre is our dedicated customer liaison and will be the first point of call.

Shandre will ensure best technical support is provided by the relevant team member.

WARRANTY CLAIMS

Warranty claims will be handled by us as per the the procedures listed by the brands and their appointed distributor.

We are not in control of this process but we push hard to ensure all repairs, replacements or technical issues are remedied as quick as possible.
